OT - Can Rutgers model its recruiting after the way Big Ten schools recruit?

Some interesting correlations btwn programs. Our biggest obstacle in my opinion is G5 vs P5 conference designation. Level playing field there changes pool of recruits.

Ya right now we are missing those impact skill position players that only commit to power programs. However, we are looking good in regards to developing under recruited players. There are definitely lots of guys in the northeast that would be 3/4 star players if they got the exposure of playing in competitive high school leagues in states like Florida, Texas, California, and Ohio. We can get a lot of those guys if the staff gets on them early.
