Hield is just having one of those years where everything he touches turns to gold, just like Kemba in 2011 and Shabazz in 2014. Id be shocked if Oklahoma is not in the final four.

And similarly to Kemba and Shabazz, Hield turned it on when the game mattered most... scoring Oklahoma's last 12 points. And he's clutch like them too... after struggling from 3 for most of the game, he hit the most important one.

Guy is having an incredible year. Just wish he would have thought of what's in our best interest this time. It's almost like he's trying to do what's best for Oklahoma.

One of the joys of college bball is watching excellent players have a sensational season. Many don't duplicate the production in the pros, but that doesn't matter. We were fortunate ourselves to have quite a few exciting players that even non-UConn fans raved about.

Hield is a joy to watch and a player that I hope goes off in the Tourney, until they play us of course. Its players like him that help me watch the Tourney especially when we are not playing.
