Marshall has turned down better jobs than that. Don't think Vandy would be willing to pay that much either.

Dawkins knows how difficult it is to win at an elite academic school. He'd be crazy to take that job. Why would Marshall go to Vandy after some of the jobs he's turned down?

He may not be the best fit for Vandy (Harvard of the South) but UCLA should take a look
