If you go over, you pay the tax. You are fully in control of what you do. We all admit that the NCAA is basically a semi pro league as it is. As I said, there's a ton of ways to structure it. If you have one guy go pro early per year, then no schollie lockup or something. And it doesn't punish kids who don't want to go to college.
