There's an alternate angle that shows he dribbled the ball when he took the jump. Still probably a travel but it's not as blatant/clear cut as it appears from that angle

From the other angle, I actually think it might have been good. Kid takes 2 steps on the catch, on dribble on the shuffle step, and hops off the final two steps.

I've been here watching a freakin' travelling 'highlight' over and over, but it's just so amazing. Every time I think he's going to take a dribble he doesn't and just keeps stepping and stepping.
