Tommy's Tattoo Convention will be open on Friday, Aug. 17, from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 18, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday, Aug. 19, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., at the Connecticut Convention Center, 100 Columbus Blvd., Hartford.
