I didn't see UConn Huskies which trumps everything else said.

The fact that the Kardashians went there means I'll never set foot in Mystic again.

While mentioning Mystic he forgot to mention the best pitcher in baseball is from there. We also have the first pro athlete to murder 3 people.

Nah baseball has had players who slaughtered their families. He's not the first.

You know, the accent question is something I've wondered about after growing up in relatively accent-free Connecticut. Having spent several years in each of Philly and Boston and knowing a ton of people from New Jersey and New York -- both the city and upstate -- I've heard my share of regional accents.

And I consistently argue that we from Connecticut do not have a discernable accent. Someone in the comments mentioned dropping T's in the middle of words like "Clinton" or "winter" as a distinctive Connecticut trait, and I notice that it's something I definitely do.

What do you think? Is there a "Connecticut accent"?

I'm sure we do but the accents to both the east and west of us are so awful that whatever we have pales in comparison to them.

No but there's certainly a New Bri'-in accent ;)

What a piece of crap overall. No uconn. No one cares that a girl made famous on a tape who now lives with one of the dumbest rappers ever(great beats but lets be real...) visited a town. Modern apizza. Espn. And so on. Bull crap.
