Read this. His fix for the NLI is pointless. Every school lets kids out of the NLI, it would be recruiting suicide not to. You have to change the transfer rules, not the NLI rules to fix the coaching change issue.

Then transfers would only increase...however, i do think players should be allowed to transfer without penalty if the coach leaves/gets fired.
