OT 2 week quarantine?

The wife and I were thinking about taking the rv from Ohio to Maine this fall. If we stop in CT. To see family, will we be required to quarantine or is it more of a "suggestion"?

Here are the states need guarantine..
CT, MA, NY all need 14 days quarantine if you are from high risk area stay more than 24hrs.
I think OH is in NY , MA and CT list.

Your time spent in the RV counts against your required quarantine. We traveled from Fla back to NYS (only stopped for gas and sleep) and those days counted against our quarantine requirement upon re-entry into NY
