OSU tribute logo on UC uni's- any other school do that ?

Those OSU logos on upper left side of UC women's jerseys- obviously honoring Okla St coaches and 2 others who died in plane crash---Anyone know if any other schools/teams put logo on jerseys like that ?
I didn't notice any others- and never heard any mention made of that-- including, suprisingly even during Final Four programming-...

I believe all of the Big 12 schools used the "4" logo all season but I don't think it was an OSU logo.

All the Big 12 schools, I think, in some variation.

Also, there was another school where I saw it (in addition to UConn) unexpectedly, but I don't remember who it was and don't know if they wore it all season. Whatever school it was, I remember understanding why they would have worn it.
