It looks like a pretty shaky list but they have released through the 25 worst teams in the country by their writer's estimation the AAC only has 3 of the 15 worst - and Memphis isn't one of them (USF, Tulsa and Temple are).

Well thank goodness that Tulsa is a strong basketball school, otherwise their addition to the conference would make zero sense.
