It starts at the top with a completely incompetent owner. They don't have their own stadium. Bill Belichick and Peyton Manning both turned down being part of the franchise. And anyone who comes there from another team gets the Jets stink on them in no time. You can watch the coaches get slowly eaten alive by the failure and press.
