Most of those problems also lay directly on Greaves feet. Now last season he replaced McGwire who though a good miderange shooter, was neither a back to the basket player or a good defender. Still Greaves replaced her with a much better defender but that was only because Sabbally was McGwires offensive superior or at least equal. Given a clear choice between offense and defense Greaves will always chose offense. Giomi, is clearly their best post defender but she never even see's the court even in blowout. His lack of giving his reserves more playing time last season also was key to the transfers out that is kicking them in their rears now. They have no depth. I thought that they would miss Cazorla's frosh country woman the most. She was a very good point who many thought had a higher ceiling that Carzola. She would have really helped in this game because Garzola was way off. Of course the only reason they miss McGwire is because the younger Sabbally is injured and out this season. I perceive him as a gimmick coach who does well with certain type of roster, but lacks any out of his own "mental box mindset" ability to adjust. His teams will be able to knock of some really good teams on any given day but they certainly lack the consistency to win it all. Your shots will not always be there, but you defense can still win you games when they are not.
