The Oregon Ducks website has the Huskies game listed as being on Jan. 17th, MLK day.It does not have a time listed.
Once all schedules are solidified, than the TV people will bicker over who gets what and what time the game will be played. Getting the date of the game at this point is a plus. Jan 17 is a Monday so I would assume that it will be a Big Monday game on ESPN. Since the game is in Oregon, a 4:00 starting time is always possible.Standard procedure. As the season gets closer and everything clears up, times will be added.
With it on the West Coast and mid Jan with no Monday Night Football, the starting time would most likely be 6:00 or 7:00 PM local, which make's it 9:00 or 10:00 PM Eastern.Once all schedules are solidified, than the TV people will bicker over who gets what and what time the game will be played. This will be the annual MLK game on ESPN so likely will be prime time EST. Easier to draw a late afternoon crowd west coast time since it will be a federal holiday. With it on the West Coast and mid Jan with no Monday Night Football, the starting time would most likely be 6:00 or 7:00 PM local, which make's it 9:00 or 10:00 PM Eastern.
This will be one of the marque games of the season, so I would think that 9 or 10 Eastern time is a little late. With it on the West Coast and mid Jan with no Monday Night Football, the starting time would most likely be 6:00 or 7:00 PM local, which make's it 9:00 or 10:00 PM Eastern.
