One of worst officiated games I've ever seen

It started with the goal-tend by Dieng that I saw, the whole stadium saw, but somehow the refs missed and Clark Kellogg called brilliant.

They let them play when people are clobbered. Then they invent touch fouls. Or call that second on Burke that was absurd. They blow obvious goaltends and kick balls. Call held balls that aren't. Call travels that should be held balls. Don't call travels that are.

The play that summed them up was when McGary was blatantly undercut and then blatantly traveled getting up off the ground - and they called neither. I guess nobody benefitted from their badness, but hell, get something right.

Absurdly bad. Siva could have easily fouled out by now, and McGary could have fouled out....twice.

At one point Siva just fouled the snot out of McGary trying to tie him up, daring them to call something. Somehow, they picked traveling on McGary. Might have been the worst call I've seen all year. I've seen straight jackets that hold less snugly.

Style definitely benefits Louisville. Reach arounds, reach ins, wrist slaps...those are the primary keys to their defense.

UL is getting away with way too many fouls. Refs also took away 2 points on the no goal tending call by Giong at beginning of the game.

Is it me, or does Louisville get away with a lot of fouls due to this hectic style they create. Djein got the the benefit of a jump ball when he was clutching a guy's forearms for crying out loud.

Officiating has settled in for the second half. Some debatable stuff here and there, but nothing egregious. Didn't think McGary did much on his third, but they gave Smith a soft third right after.
