That brought back some very distressing memories from coaching youth league BB. I'm not sure kids below a certain age should start playing BB. The necessary deliberate suspension of the traveling rule isn't doing them any good. They should wait until they're old enough to grasp the concept of dribbling.

I'm guessing that the other parents had a long (or short) talk with him. Looks like the sort of thing for which a "coach" is asked to stay at home. Yelling at a little kid? Rushing onto the court to block his shot? Seriously?
