Gaffney was our best or 2nd best player against Maryland last year. I feel like if the starting job was confidently his, we’d see more of that consistently. Put it like this, if we take a transfer let it be an NBA talent with a high ceiling if their job is going to be to lead the team. If it’s not a glue piece then develop our very talented recruits and live through the growing pains. That will help us go deep in the tournament and possibly start winning our conference again.
