...in 2005, BCU was 19-0 to start the season. They'd win one more for 20-straight on their way to winning the Big East title in their last season in the conference. Of course, they eventually remembered that they are BCU and lost 5 of their last 9; including a 1st round BET loss and a 2nd round NCAA loss to 12-seeded UW-Milwaukee.

A lot in common with Syracuse 2014. Started the year 25-0 (complete with T-shirts) and wound up 28-6 with a loss in the second round of the NCAAs.

A real shame.
