Any update on Omar? I read that he missed practice today and the students who were there said he had a leg brace on.

olliewood just said on local news that omar is really getting it done in classroom big time, is a diligent soldier, is working very hard

coach said to reporter that you guys write about the sports aspect but omar is excelling away from hoops

my view is that omar is back and he & boat will be leading 3 ballers on club

so called fans keep saying new rip and purv can shoot deep but with some study the logical conclusion is they have no deep game-review their stats & shooting form and release pts

granted, omar has very poor form but when you look at his frosh perf and compare with what shooters are on this club omar will be hoisting majorly with olliewood approval

Yea it was a lower leg injury, couldnt tell if the brace went up to the knee or not though. I don't think that it covered his ankle though so I don't really know what kind of injury it could be. Maybe a calf thing?

This is probably not the brightest thing (which is in keeping with most things I post) but has there been any talk about Omar redshirting this season? If he's still hampered by injuries and needs time to get his game back, I suppose redshirting isn't the worst thing that could happen to him.

We are only 10 deep as it stands, we need him and he needs to get healthy and contribute.
