Liking what I see, next year he can be a major force, especially if he can improve his handle.

Yes, subject to an improvement in his handle and passing. The contested FT line jumper in the 1st half was impressive, but not quite as impressive as his Rashad-like dagger at the end.

Once he gains more confidence he will explode. But Boats confidence in his head and he's a AA candidate.

If he develops like I think he will, and Bazz and Boat stay (looking increasingly likely), we probably have the best backcourt in the country next season. DD should keep developing and getting stronger, to...if we can find a way to get some rebounds, we can be a dangerous team. But that's a tall order for sure.

I only question whether he'll be able to create his own shot given his awkward low release.

And the smooth jumper just inside the line with less than 2:00 left. That was a clutch, veteran play.

Yeah, its like a set shot when he's alone, when he's in traffic it is a quick release. I liked the way he was psyched after that killer 3. Shows what a competitor he is.

With way he's launched and where he's launched from I don't think confidence is an issue with him, just has to improve on shot selection and know not when to bomb away, and he's already shown alot of improvement in that area as the season has gone on. Bazz has undergone the same maturation since his freshman and sophomore years.

This!! It's an adjustment to what he was used to having in high school vs. what he plays against in Division 1 college. I agree he's making the adjustments and quickly. A lot quicker than Jeremy imo! I would have loved to have seen this group get tournament experience for next season. But I expect the chip on the shoulder will more than offset this.

There can't be one player who isn't aware of the sham treatment they received from the NCAA compared to how North Carolina was handled and the UCLA player (Mohammed) vs. Boatright. If they were determined this year, I expect them to be more so next season!
