Randomly enough, I ran into Omar yesterday in Park Slope, Brooklyn on 7th Ave. He was definitely excited to meet a UConn fan in BK. I wish I knew this yesterday so I could have said good luck! Great guy, good luck Omar!

Besselink played in Finland, met a gal, and never returned home to Canada. Crap weather, but a 22 or so year old guy could find far worse places to get paid a bit to continue playing a sport. Good luck to Omar.
