Really? The kid gave 100% his entire time here, struggled through some injuries but came back strong and represented UConn well. Good to see him doing well abroad.do they have a different number system in Finland?
I may have totally misread the post, but I don't believe Danzz intended any slap on Omar's great performance to-date, but was questioning the way some of the Finland statistics were displayed.Really? Seriously, I couldn't understand the stats, it wasn't a knock on Omar.Really? The kid gave 100% his entire time here, struggled through some injuries but came back strong and represented UConn well. Good to see him doing well abroad.
I feel bad for Omar. He had such a great Fr year and had a lot of upside and expectations. Its unfortunate he got injured because he never lived up to the expectations and didnt improve much over his 4 years. His Fr year was his best while he was at UConn.
Now that would be awesome. Always liked OmarI'm guessing @Danzz thought the team scoring of 84 ppg was Omar's. On first glance I thought the same.
My bad, completely misconstrued your post, no malice intendedSeriously, I couldn't understand the stats, it wasn't a knock on Omar.
Plus he can tour Europe on his off time. Believe me, you can tour some nice places on a long weekend.Omar is earning a nice living and putting up 20 points a game. Very happy for him.
I got to know his family a little - seeing them at games - very nice people. His Dad is a true gentleman. Now that would be awesome. Always liked Omar
