Obviously no discernable level of commitment here to either his players or to the University:)

Next season cannot come too quickly - it will be exciting to watch another group of players develop as a team and continue the Huskie's long tradition of basketball excellence.

I'll take this opportunity to over emphasize where Sam Cassel was listed in the sequence of guys on Ollie's mind.

I think (and hope) that Sam Cassell JR will be a significant contributor to next year's team. He looks like he has "it" to be a stud college player. I hope he can really be a solid combo guard who can run the point when needed.

Anybody else find it crazy that Amida's summer off will be like 10% of his whole basketball career? That kid's got some heart and athleticism!

Is Justin Martin from Xavier still available (versatile 6'6"-6'7" player, 11.5 ppg, 5.2 rbg, 1 assist per game, who graduated, so would be eligible right away and could likely fill a Giffey-Kromah type role quite well)?

Hard to tell too much from highlight videos but Cassell Jr. looks to be the closest to a PG that we have coming in next year. Plus his maturity may make him more ready to contribute right away as a second PG option along with Samuel.

I keep wondering why they weren't jumping to get a PF. I guess KO is more confident in Facey then I realized. In KO I trust

a post on the rivals board saying that his gpa is too low to get into the grad program, same deal as Leonard.

Isn't Purvis a PG?
