Coaches will take the chance as long as the administration has acted somewhat reasonably and predictably, even if it's not a paragon of fairness or going to win an employer of the year award. What was the last court mudslinging buyout dispute in sports you remember? Pitino hasn't actually gotten to court and I can't remember any others.
