Senior center Olivia Nelson-Ododa (@OliviaKNelson) has reached plateaus of 1,000 points (1,104), 750 rebounds (826), 250 assists (293), and 250 blocked shots (251). Four others have done that with @UconnWBB -- Napheesa Collier, Stefanie Dolson, Rebecca Lobo, and Breanna Stewart
pretty good for a player some here didn't even want to start this season......From Carl Ademec

It's too bad Liv won't get 1,000 rebounds. The thousand and thousand club (points and rebounds) is also an elite group (which includes Jamelle Elliott). From Carl Ademec

No, but she could get the 900+ before she leaves, which is still great. It's too bad Liv won't get 1,000 rebounds. The thousand and thousand club (points and rebounds) is also an elite group (which includes Jamelle Elliott).
Yeah but if you asked Geno, he would tell you she padded her rebounding stats with all of the offensive rebounds off of her innumerable missed layups (basically shots within 3 feet of the basket).I had to wonder where Tina Charles was by comparison, as she was just about as good as any of them. So i looked her totals up and she missed in two categories. She had 244 blocks and 180 assists. However, her point totals were 2,346 and she had 1,367 rebounds. So when Tina got the ball she scored and there was no need to get an assist.
Said the same thing about SwinYeah but if you asked Geno, he would tell you she padded her rebounding stats with all of the offensive rebounds off of her innumerable missed layups (basically shots within 3 feet of the basket).
YupNo, but she could get the 900+ before she leaves, which is still great.
she's really screwing up this year..........unless she gets fouled, she's actually making way too many layups........Yeah but if you asked Geno, he would tell you she padded her rebounding stats with all of the offensive rebounds off of her innumerable missed layups (basically shots within 3 feet of the basket).
Yeah 3 feet from the basket surrounded by 3 defenders, all hanging on her arms, eh?Yeah but if you asked Geno, he would tell you she padded her rebounding stats with all of the offensive rebounds off of her innumerable missed layups (basically shots within 3 feet of the basket).
Actually most of the time no!Yeah 3 feet from the basket surrounded by 3 defenders, all hanging on her arms, eh?
Liv doesn't miss too many shots compared to others; she's leading the team in FG% at over 60% .. and she's leading the team in a few other categories too like rebounds, blocked shots and assists & successful screens, eh? Not too shabby! Plus she's a lottery pick!!!Actually most of the time no!
and to think some people wanted her benched, just laughable.
Well, you have to admit, those people who thought this way, had a great source for their mindset: Geno. At the end of last season, he all but said that it'd be a long season for Liv if she didn't improve. Hence, Dorka's arrival. So, people wanting her benched is not laughable... Thankfully, Liv has shown improvement.and to think some people wanted her benched, just laughable.
