Unfortunately, this is the first of what will likely be many NCAA games that will be postponed and/or canceled. Fingers crossed that we can get something close to a season of basketball games completed at UConn.

I just hope they will allow teams from outside the state to even come here to play the games. Look at what they just did with youth hockey in banning interstate travel, hopefully not a precursor for other sports.

Well maybe we play 2 games against Yale, Quinnipiac, U of H ,Fairfield, Weslyean, Coast Guard and exhibitions against Hillhouse and Wilbur Cross..

In Connecticut, the CIAC, the governing body for public high school sports, announced that winter sports will not begin until at least January 17.

Our state's infections are skyrocketing.
