Pasqualoni doesn't seem the type to fire people, and you can't have two associate head coaches. So either DeLeone finds a job elsewhere, in which case we can hire an outside defensive coordinator and Hughes stays at associate head coach, or DeLeone stays as an associate head coach and Hughes moves to DC.
