As for your second point, you are sort of right, though the comparison is not entirely apt. If Juju has an off shooting night or if an opposing defense is effective against her, she doesn’t have nearly as much to offer to pull her team along as Paige does. Juju can play good defense, she scraps for loose balls and she is a good passer. But Paige is better in all these areas in my opinion. In other words, Paige doesn’t have off nights just because her shot isn’t falling. She is never “not at her best” as I see it because her game is so much more than just shooting.

But in [B]partial[/B] support of your view, I’d add that neither team can sit either one down for long. But Geno has been able to play Paige for ~30 min/g while Juju plays 35+ mins/g. And the fall off when Juju sits seems more significant than when Paige sits. So, yes, the teams largely go as they go, but it seems more marked for USC.
