With all of those years in the U.S., I only spent a couple years assigned to any Forts. Fort Knox for basic, Fort Lee for AIT, Fort Bragg, where I was disqualified by Army Doctors from jumping out of perfectly good airplanes, and Fort Polk my last duty assignment before retirement. My other stateside assignments were the U.S. Army Recruiting Support Center at Camron Station in Alexandria, VA and Tank-Automotive Command, (TACOM) in Warren Michigan. [/QUOTE]
