O/T: Raiders owner Mark Davis expands in Las Vegas, buying WNBA's Aces

Mark Davis is expanding his sports empire in Las Vegas, buying the Aces from MGM Resorts International.
The Raiders owner purchased the WNBA team Thursday pending the approval from the league's board of governors.

"Mark Davis has been a huge supporter of the WNBA and women's basketball, and we look forward to learning about his vision for the team during the upcoming league approval process," WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert said in a statement.

I don't know about this. The Davis's have a history of too much ownership involvement to their teams detriment. Owners should hire competent coaches and GM's and let them do their thing.
