UCONN'S starting O line is huge! For sure they are the tallest and exceed the tallest SEC line by over an inch. Comparing UCONN to last year's SEC's largest, UCONN would be 4th or 5th heaviest in the SEC.
What has been UCONN'S Achilles heal could well become the BIGGEST asset!

RT - Andreas Knappe - 6'8" 325
RT - Richard Levi ------6'6" 320
C----Ryan Crozier------6'4" 300
LG--Tommy Hopkins--6'6" 311
LT--Matt Peart----------6'7" 305

AVG - 6'62" 312 lbs
Throw in Nino Leone for a play at 6'6" 345lbs and it goes up to 320lbs LOL!

HEAVIEST: Arkansas, 319.6 pounds
LIGHTEST: Georgia, 292.2 pounds
TALLEST: LSU, 6-foot-5 4/5
SHORTEST: Tennessee, 6-foot-3 2

Arkansas generated headlines and infographics across the country in 2014 for fielding the largest starting offensive line in college football or the NFL

Arkansas isn’t the only SEC team with a large offensive line, however. We decided to determine the heaviest, lightest, tallest and shortest offensive lines in the league based on the projected starting five for all 14 teams, and the results were oh-so-close.

HEAVIEST: Arkansas, 319.6 pounds
LIGHTEST: Georgia, 292.2 pounds
TALLEST: LSU, 6-foot-5 4/5
SHORTEST: Tennessee, 6-foot-3 2/5

"What struck me was that the five largest offensive lines in the SEC all averaged more than 310 pounds".

Also, it was amazing how similar in height every team’s offensive line is this year. Less than 1.5 inches separates the tallest and 11th-tallest teams in the conference.

"The average SEC offensive lineman is somewhere near 6-foot-5 and 308 pounds. It’s no wonder the conference is at its best on both sides of the line"

It's all going to be worthless unless Diaco can find a right guard.

And it's Levy, not Levi.

It's friggin' game day and we still have 100 level posters worrying about comparative statistics when they don't even know names of players and the five positions on the OLine.

I really hope the players and the staff are better prepared for Maine than some posters on this board prepared.

It's game day. No knocking threads off-topic, no trolling, no vegetables. It's work til noon, beer and wings.

Whoa! To quote a favorite band, "Breathe. Breath in the air." No need to throw dirt on his post like that.

Don't want dirt thrown on a post? Then don't leave dirt around the post damnit. Clean up your game as a poster. It's game day. It's opening night of the season.

I still think the critique unnecessary, but I'm 100% with you on the veggie ban and a full load of wings, beers, and UCONN football!

No problem, game day aggression. I like it, besides being called. 100 level poster gives me something to strive for n this life!

Edsall was very liberal with listed weights ... often adding or subtracting up to 30 lbs. But if you look at the 2007 depth chart they average 305 ... Keith Gray the lightest at 305 ... not bad.

I wouldn't be totally surprised if today's listed weights are not 100% accurate ...

Perhaps, who knows for sure but I will say this. They are the most in shape, no body fat, ripped lineman I have ever seen!
Standing on the field level and looking at these guys reminds me of the Wall that Trump wants to build.

I meant to type 295 for Keith Gray ... too late to edit ... sorry
