Exactly 33 years after LT snapped Joe T's leg, Alex Smith gets his leg snapped today.

This is a shame. Smith is not a young man and if he retires, I believe it accelerates his cap hit. I don't think the 'Skins are in a good spot, capwise either. Just as it looked like they were turning it around...

'Skins signed Mark Sanchez today and play the Cowboys at AT&T on Thursday (Colt McCoy starting). The Kaepernick conspiracy theory popped up on WEEI and on Twitter, but the reality is that Sanchez knows three coaches for Washington from his Jets days and is probably a contributing factor in why the 'Skins wallow in the position they do.

There is no way they aren't spending an early pick on a QB...again...
