I can’t remember the last time I saw a Nova team play this scared. Baylor’s defensive intensity was high. I was surprised that Jay did not use a timeout when Baylor was still down 2.

They don't have a point guard and they were playing against the best pressure defense team in the country.

Nova lost the game in that three minute span where they coughed it up 5 times in 6 possessions.

Nova only had one true PG on that roster (Gillespie). They've been doing it with mirrors ever since his injury.

And havent even been doing much with mirrors since he got hurt. They are 2-3 since then beating Winthrop and North Texas. Losing to PC and Gtown in addition to the expected loss to Baylor today.

I'm not saying Gillespie is as good as Kemba or Shabazz, but he meant as much to this Nova team as those former UConn greats did to theirs.
