Most are basically sellouts. GTown just opened student tickets to public otherwise sold out, SH has like 12 tickets, St John’s has like 40, Providence is behind a paywall so sold out, etc.

I can't tell you how happy this makes me. Attendance was down in recent years and I didn't think it would ever be like it once was. It might be harder for me to get a ticket now, but I'll take that challenge any day. Opponents will hate coming to CT again.

Is that really a surprise?
I am checking prices at secondary market websites and wow the sticker shock is real. The last 3 games I went to at Gampel in Feb 2020 and March 5, 2020 (Houston game where Christian Vital made a speech at the end) were bought on StubHub and were so much less.
This is excellent for UConn Athletics in general and I am not complaining one bit.
Double dipping might occur as I am thinking about going to Providence for UConn's road game on January 4th. I live in Boston so that game is actually closer for me.
