The calendar has turned from January to February, which can only mean it's time for Notre Dame to get serious. Muffet will not stand for any more shenanigans. (She might crouch for it, but definitely won't stand.)

An NCAA tournament bid is still within reach. Perhaps not for mere mortals, but this is Notre Dame we're talking about, the team for whom no miracle is out of reach.

Muffet and her minions will be invading Atlanta and, like Sherman, intend to give no quarter. Brunelle will go off for 35, Vaughn will block 12 shots, and Georgia Tech will shoot a paltry 15%. Notre Dame by 20.

GT should be ashamed of themselves, losing to a rebuilding ND team at home that has lost 14 games and counting. The wheels came off a long time ago for the Irish, and GT failed to take advantage. SMH.

Until Louisville and ND arrived, why was there a reason to pay attention? 1994 was the only time an ACC school won it. Even in 1999 another unnamed ACC school lost to Carolyn Peck in the finals-Carolyn Peck!

Abysmal, I say, ABYSMAL! Thank gosh that the Cardinal and Fighting Irish arrived to give relevancy to this conference...(wait for it...)
