Hidalgo, a McDonald's All-American selection, is one of the top point guards in the country, while Blakes is a 6'1" athletic guard. When I saw Blakes play she was more of an athletic slasher, like Celeste Taylor. Like Taylor now -- but a lot earlier in her career -- Blake has developed a three-point shot. An accurate one.
