Seems to me that the pressure will be on whoever is playing the 4 tomorrow for us to stay with a smaller player. And Gates doesn't just stay underneath either. These sorts of games always present an interesting match up issue. Presumably the bigger team has the edge on O, but I think the edge often goes to the smaller team that can wear out the big guys by forcing them to run around more on D.
isnt tony robertson like 52 years old? didnt he play during the sixties? how long does it take to graduate?
Actually, we do gain points from Robertson's eventual graduation. I believe we gained points from both Scottie Burell & Donyell Marshall's graduations.Good to see guys coming back to graduate, even if it won't help the APR.

Somewhere, I read, that points were gained from Donyell & Scottie's graduations. I have no idea how this is done. But, the gist was points get added on when a former player graduates.Really, I was under the impression it wouldn't make a difference to the APR, graduation rates perhaps but not APR. I thought yearly APR was solely based on that year and could only be retroactively changed depending on transfers (as in a player transfers to another D1 school and UConn applies for a waiver of the point deducted for said player not coming back). I also thought the four year APR was based on the last 4 years of released yearly APR data. Tony left UConn in '03. What part of the APR calculations am I missing?
