When you have as many transfers as they have had the past 3 years or so (good players too, not low ranked reserve types), one has to look to how they do things - both in recruiting (making promises she doens't keep), and in how she coaches/treats kids when they get there (factor in the transfers), it's time for something to change. She needs to do some serious soul searching IMHO... It's my impression (rumors) that she's NOT particularly well liked in the coaching community. She was ungracious when Stewie won the NPOY. She's been a bit passive/aggressive with UCONN and Geno. I certainly don't dislike them as much as Tennessee, but I will shed no tears for ND, that's for sure. [/QUOTE]
