The B group plays each other and only get access to the middling and lower bowls. The bottom 3 or 4 of the A group swop with the top 4 of the B at the end of each season. The system could be run a lot of ways, but the basic idea is that a conf would be in a better position under this structure to add a school like UConn to the B1G or even UConn to the ACC.
