UCF had a handful of good seasons, then the NCAA hit them with sanctions for breaking the rules during said seasons, now their program is coming off an 0-12 campaign with no reason for optimism in sight. UCF had their moment and it passed. They are a commuter school that lacks the infrastructure to support big-time college athletics for the long-term.
