The difference is the complete lack of hope of any kind and To be honest he was pretty much spot on in the evaluation . His mistake ( or his sources ) was to assume expansion was a fait accompli. That was a logical conclusion based on long term B12 stability. Some Presidents in all likelihood went to the meeting. Expecting expansion .
