The top 4 in the XII without question is Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and OK St.  I would then have Iowa St and Texas Tech as the last two.  WVU would be lumped together with K State, TCU and Baylor and would be sorted based on what specific metric is given more value.

And, by the way, even in the middle of the ACC power play a few years back between the football and tobacco road schools, the football schools backed Louisville joining, not West Virginia, which was also available.
