The moonshiners may have an alternative motivation but some of their assessment of the ACC is valid. If the ACC does not get a network, the ACC likely will lose some programs. The only question is when. Do you think if BC was offered a spot in the BIG tomorrow they would not jump? Some programs cannot afford to wait.
