Looks like it...but as you can see from the article ESPN will make investment in ACCN and up their $ on Current TV contract.

ACC schools will get a bump in pay by ESPN for the ACCN delay...if that's the final decision. ESPN is totally committed to the ACC.

The ACC GOR is intact...there was consideration by signing the GOR for each and every ACC school.
Timing is everything for launch.
