That would include the Fiesta Bowl year (barely). As a BCS member, UConn was very successful/competitive and every bit as worthy as being labelled as a "Power" team as many grandfathered programs. It's a tough sell to continue to call programs like Kansas, Wake, Syracuse, etc "power" programs, then add Army as a "power" and not include UConn when you factor in what the program has done pre-Pasqualoni and how many players we put in the NFL.
