If the SEC wants to expand OU is likely near the top of their list. At least they wouldn't be kicked out of bed for eating crackers.  If the price of OU is OSU, an up and coming (aka financially well supported) program, the SEC might go along.

The collapse of the B12, is terrible for UCONN unless you think combing the top of the AAC with the leftovers of the B12 is the best possible outcome.  Even then UCONN is no lock for that group.

Our best hope is the B1G, while keeping the ACC as an option.  We know the ACC will only invite us if they are forced to do so by either their network partners or to backfill a spot.  No way they go to 16 on their own.

If the ACC option dries up, it likely because someone filled our spot, again.  If you ask me our fate lies with the B1G, either as a member or as the replacement for an ACC team invited to the B1G.

All the other more creative options are unlikely.  We have one last spin on the wheel of realignment.
