The Memphis game last year was one of the most impressive crowds we have had in quite some time, IMO. With everything that has already been stated; ease of access (parking and traffic), restaurants, bars, higher capacity, alcoholic beverages served in the arena, it is just necessary to have a 2nd home at this point that is off campus.
