First Paul Pasqualoni recruiting class... anyone surprised?
I read here Diaco should have won with those guys because Jones was a first round pick.
Stewart better hit the books, because he doesn't have the football instinct to be an NFL level LB. Still doesn't understand angles. Not surprised. Adams and Stewart will likely get camp invites.
Ezekiel Elliott: 4.46
Derrick Henry: 4.54
Steward was played out of position by Diaco. I think he will make an impression in an NFL camp as he's likely to be in a system more compatible with his skills. He belongs in the middle.
6'2 5/8" 247 lbs. Same vert, height and weight as Von Miller. Just .01 second faster in the 40.At first glance a 4.54 is a little slow for an RB, but is remarkable for Henry given his size...pretty sure he plays at like 245
He needs to play inside in a 4-3. He played outside for the Huskies in a 3-4. This well known and has been discussed publicly. Even so, he led the team in tackles for loss (ties with Carrezola). You mean Graham Stewart? The LB who took possibly the worst angles in pursuit in the history of football? I love the intensity Stewart showed but please- he was constantly chasing people down from behind and allowing an extra 2 yards because of the angles he took on each play. Kid was a solid college LB for us but I would be SHOCKED to see him stick in the pros.
from what I saw he checked in at 246 so your spot on, what was mentioned though was the fact that at the next level his inability to get to the hole quickly (think trent richardson) he wont be nearly as effective. time will tell though, watched most of his workouts and he is for sure a absolute physical freak. At first glance a 4.54 is a little slow for an RB, but is remarkable for Henry given his size...pretty sure he plays at like 245
