NIKKI CALDWELL HAS BABY GIRL

LSU Coach Nikki Caldwell gave birth to a 6 lb 15 oz baby girl this morning at 5:44 am. Her name is Justice Simone Fargas, and she and mom are doing fine a resting comfortably with daddy Justin Fargas.

Congrats to Nikki. I know it's tough for career women in high-powered positions to figure out when to have kids, but I'm glad she found time. Being a parent is easily the greatest honor and joy of my life, and I bet Nikki feels the same way right now. Nothing like holding your child for the first time. Except maybe holding him/her for the second time. Or the third time. Or...
