Just for the record:

Tyrann Mathieu's nickname is The Honey Badger...star football player at LSU...now plays
for the New Orleans Saints.
That’s true. He is the “original“ honey badger from LSU. Nika is a knock off honey badger who very capably represents everything that the name represents and stands for!!

I love that moniker for her. It’s a perfect fit. From now on, that is how I will see her. The first player you look for, and the last one you want to see. If you were out in the wild for a walk, would you want to come face to face with a honey badger that was mad, pissed off and hungry?

Canada scored early against Croatia. Nika may be extra pissed :mad::mad:

while on the flip side, Aaliyah may have a 20+ 10+ game.

FWIW, I believe Caroline Doty was the original honey badger on this board. She and Nika have a few things in common , their intensity and defensive skills.

Caroline was tough, but for me it was Kelly Farris. I think she broke her nose 4-5 times. She was incredible.

On several of Uconn teams we have had a Honey Badger player. I believe Nika was the best. Just look at her assists. GO HUSKIES!!!
